Summer Club

Admission and Registration

SOK accepts a limited number of elementary-age boys.

Tuition for SOK summer club is $30/week payable no later than Tuesday each week.

Documents Required

A completed enrollment/medical release form, a completed permission form and a signed SOK/Parent Covenant form.

Note: It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to make known to SOK any changes in above information.

Summer Club Schedule

SOK summer club will operate Monday through Friday from approximately one week after school dismisses for summer break until the last Friday before school resumes for the fall semester. Parents will be notified of exact dates.

Summer Daily Schedule:
7:00 a.m. - doors open
8:00 a.m. - breakfast, devotional
9:00 a.m. - organized sports
10:30 a.m. - free play, music, art, field trip
12:00 p.m. - lunch, reading, quiet time
1:45 p.m. - remedial tutoring
3:00 p.m. - leave the church for home

Summer Club Hours

Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Arrival and Departure

Boys should arrive for SOK summer club (parents responsible for transportation) no earlier than 7 a.m.

Boys will be dropped off beginning at 3 p.m. Appropriate release form for bus travel is required.

Food

SOK will provide breakfast, lunch and a snack. Please do not send food or drink unless requested by staff.

Children's Personal Belongings

It is the responsibility of the parent to clearly label all of his/her child's items.

Children are not permitted to use radios, cd players, ipods or cell phones during class time.

SOK is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
